Shaka (Mai) Tai

A for-real Mai Tai made with Shaka Awamori.

Glassware: Pint Glass
Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ oz Shaka Awamori
  • 2 oz Fresh Pineapple
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 ½ oz Orange Juice
  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz Orgeat
  • Dark Rum

Preparation: Muddle pineapple with Orgeat in pint glass. Fill with ice. Add Shaka, fresh juices, pineapple juice. Float Dark Rum.
Garnish: Any kine Foo-Foo pineapple/fruit/flower.
