Glassware: Martini Glass
- 1 ½ oz Shaka Awamori
- ¾ oz St. Germain
- ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ oz Sweet & Sour
- ¾ oz Juice of Pickled Ginger (Gari Shoga)
- 3 pcs. Pickled Ginger (Gari Shoga)
- 1 ½” Japanese Cucumber (seeded and thinly sliced)
- 3 Shiso leaves
Preparation: Add all ingredients, ice, shake & strain.
Garnish: Pickled Ginger & Shiso Leaf. Optional Blacked Ahi on skewer.
